Die M37x2 for manual and machine threading
Modern M37x2 HSS round diameter threading dies, designed for cutting external metric fine threads. Type of dies NHDa, tolerance field of made threads - 6g. Proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass after less than two coils - 1,75P nut. Die M37x2 are manufactured according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel from the HSS tool group with enhanced cutting properties, as well as higher strength for heavy cutting conditions. Die fine threads made of this steel are more resistant to mechanical damage (breaking, cracking, blunting, chipping), which significantly extends the life of the tools and reduces the overall cost of machining. Die they are suitable for threading workpieces made of materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3. These are metals, carbon steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, hardened plastics.
