Die M22x2 for manual and machine threading
Professional M22x2 HSS threading dies, metric fine-coil NHDa designed for external threads of M22x2 diameter. Proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass after less than two turns - 1,75P nut. The tolerance field of the threads made is 6g. Die fine threads in our offer are produced from special HSS high-speed steel in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. The properties of HSS steel increase the cutting capabilities of the tools. First of all, the die offered by us are resistant to difficult cutting conditions. They are resistant even to high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. This makes it possible to increase cutting performance, while maintaining high accuracy of the threads being cut. The blades of the thread cutters are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). This ensures that the service life of the dies is extended and overall machining costs are reduced.
