Die M26x1.5 for manual and machine threading
Die M26x1,5 HSS for threading, fine-coil with a diameter of M26x1,5. Designed for making external threads in materials with increased hardness. The die we offer are manufactured in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSS high speed steel. The type of dies NHDa, the tolerance class of the threads made is 6g and the proper thread making takes place already in the first working pass after less than two coils - 1.75P. Die fine threads of this type are dedicated not only to individual customers, but above all to large production plants for multi-series machining. The offered tools are characterized by increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. They allow machining of very hard materials included in the class P1.2 - P1.3. These are carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, metal alloys, copper, aluminum, hardened plastics. The advantage of the dies is their long service life, which is the result of the high resistance of the blades to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping).
