Die M30x1,5 for manual and machine threading
High quality M30x1,5 HSS threading dies for threading, type NHDa. It is suitable for external metric fine threads of M30x1.5 diameter. Made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special HSS high-speed steel. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the proper execution of the threads takes place already in the first working pass after less than two coils. Die of this type are dedicated to individual customers and large locksmith (production) plants. They can be used for manual and machine threading. Their special feature is significantly increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions. Die hSS fine-coils show better mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. They retain high strength, hardness and high resistance to potential mechanical damage (fracture, chipping, breakage, cracking). Die they are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
