Professional M10x1,25 HSS threading dies for threading, metric for fine external threads with a nominal diameter of M10x1,25. Made according to the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Complete threading takes place already in the first pass after less than two turns - 1,75P. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. This is a specialized tool steel, the properties of which directly affect the high cutting parameters. First of all, die allow for much higher cutting performance. They can be used for high speed threading, as they are resistant to high temperatures - up to 600 degrees. In addition, they allow very accurate threading.
