Die M39x1 for manual and machine threading
Die M39x1 HSS metric fine thread for threading, NHDa, designed for cutting external threads on parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys. The nominal diameter of the threads to be cut is M39x1, tolerance class 6g. Die are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 569, and a special HSS - High Speed Steel is used. Thanks to the high cutting properties of this steel, die are very resistant to harsh cutting conditions and resistant to any mechanical damage to the blades (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping). The advantage of the dies is also the possibility of cutting at high speeds, because the blades are resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) formed when threading at high speed. Die are suitable for machining hard materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. These are structural steels, unalloyed steels, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze, brass, hardened plastics.
