Die M38x1.5 HSS for threading, round, metric fine coil intended for manual and machine cutting of external threads of diameter M38x1.5. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, type die NHDa. Die fine threads of this type are made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from modern high-grade HSS. This is a unique tool steel, whose high cutting properties result in better threading performance. Die they are characterized by increased durability, service life and reliability. They enable an increase in machining speed and thus reduce working time. The die offered by us are very resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) arising during high-speed threading.
