Die M60x3 for manual and machine threading
Die M60x3 HSS for threading, type NHDa with a nominal diameter of M60x3. Designed for fine threads made in very hard and hard-to-machine materials. Die of this type are in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. They were produced from a special high-grade steel SW7M marked HSS. Thanks to this steel, die show good resistance to rapid temperature changes (up to 600 degrees C). They are also characterized by good mechanical properties (hardness, ductility, resistance to severe cutting conditions). Die they are dedicated to both individual customers and large workshops and plants. They can be used for machining materials marked P1.2 - P1.3 This group of materials includes, among others, unalloyed steels, automatic steels, structural steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoplastics. Die are resistant to mechanical damage, which extends their life and reduces operating costs.
