M35X1.5 metric die made of high-speed steel (HSS) hardened to 64 HRC ensures dimensional precision in demanding industrial applications. Designed for manufacturing plants, machine shops, and toolrooms machining large steel structures.

Class 6g provides general-purpose accuracy with a clearance fit that allows easy installation and removal of nuts. It is the most common standard in the machinery industry and large structures.
Chamfer the edge of the workpiece at 45°, then secure it firmly in a chuck or vise and guide the die perpendicularly. Rotate with controlled pressure, regularly reversing half a turn and lubricating generously with a threading lubricant.
This tool is intended for threading structural steels with a tensile strength of up to 800 MPa, gray cast iron, and aluminum alloys. Avoid materials with a hardness exceeding 40 HRC.
