Die M46x2 for manual and machine threading
Precision M46x2 HSS threading dies for threading, circular, type NHDa designed for cutting external, fine-coil threads of nominal diameter M46x2. The tolerance field of the threads made is 6g, and complete thread cutting takes place after less than two turns (1.75P nut). Die the tools in our store are made of modern high-performance HSS steel. Thanks to its properties, the tools are characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and the possibility of machining even very hard materials of the P1.2 - P1.3 class (unalloyed steels, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze, brass, plastics). Die fine threads produced from HSS allow high-performance and very precise threading. It is possible to cut at very high speeds, during which a high temperature is generated. The advantage of threading dies is also their high resistance to any mechanical damage caused during machining (fractures, cracks, chipping of the blade).
