Professional thread cutter M76x1,5 HSS for threading, round, type NHDa, designed for cutting fine threads . The actual thread is cut already in the first pass after less than two turns (1.75 P nut). Die M76x1,5 fine threads in the offer of our store are in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568.Tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. They are dedicated both to individual customers and large locksmiths engaged in multi-series production. Die are manufactured with the highest precision from special HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a specialized tool steel with very good strength and resistance to abrasive wear. Thanks to these advantages, the fine-coil metric offered by us die are very resistant to heavy cutting conditions, including high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) arising during high-speed machining, as well as to other harsh working conditions. They are suitable for machining hard metals, unalloyed steels, plastics, metal alloys.
