Die M45x2 for manual and machine threading
Modern M45x2 HSS threading dies for threading, fine-coiled with a nominal diameter of M45x2. It is suitable for external threads cut on workpieces made of unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard materials. Die of this type have a tolerance class of made threads 6g, and complete threading is done already in the first pass die, after less than two turns. They are made of special HSS high-speed steel according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Thanks to the high properties of this steel, die are characterized by increased strength to withstand severe cutting conditions, as well as the ability to thread at high speed, at elevated temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). The die fine threads we offer also exhibit increased resistance of the blades to potential mechanical damage, resulting in an extended service life.
