Professional cutting of external threads with a diameter of 45 mm and a fine pitch of 2 mm on shafts and structural components with large cross sections. M45X2 metric die made of high-speed steel (HSS) hardened to 64 HRC provides stable performance under intensive industrial conditions. Intended for manufacturing facilities, mechanical workshops, and toolrooms machining large steel structures requiring strong threaded joints.

This tool is designed for machining structural steels with a tensile strength of up to 800 MPa, as well as gray cast iron. Do not use on materials with a hardness exceeding 40 HRC.
