Professional threading dies M16x1,75 HSS for threading, round of Polish production dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants - for multi-series processing. This is a NHDa-type dies, designed for cutting external metric fine-coil threads with a nominal diameter of M16x1.75. Complete threading takes place already in the first pass after less than two coils, the nut 1.75P. Die is produced according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. It is entirely made of high-quality HSS - High Speed Steel.
Die the fine-coil metrics offered to you in our store are distinguished by increased resistance to severe cutting conditions (including high temperatures up to 600 degrees), as well as increased resistance to abrasion and possible mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). They are suitable for machining P1.2 grade materials - P1.3.
