Professional M14x1,5 HSS threading dies, metric fine-coil for external threads with a nominal diameter of M14x1,25. It is suitable for both manual and machine threading, and complete threading is done already in the first working pass, after less than two coils. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Offered in our store die fine threads are produced in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard marked DIN 22 568, and for their production was used modern high speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel that influences the possibility of increasing cutting efficiency and at the same time improving the quality of machined surfaces. High-speed steel is characterized by high hardness, resistance to abrasive wear, resistance to elevated temperatures arising during high-speed threading. Thanks to these advantages, die can be used for machining hard unalloyed steels, metals, structural steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and hardened plastics.
