Die M16x0,75 HSS for threading, round NHDa. Designed for cutting M16x0,75 metric fine external threads, left LH. Proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two passes - 1,75P nut. The tolerance class of the made threads is 6g. Offered in our store die are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a specialized tool steel, the use of which makes it possible to achieve much higher cutting parameters. Their important advantage is also much higher resistance to very harsh cutting conditions and resistance to any mechanical damage caused during machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials.
