Die M5x0,75 for manual and machine threading
Professional M5x0,75 HSS threading dies for threading, round M5x0,75 diameter. Suitable for external, fine threads. Type die NHDa, the tolerance class of made threads is 6g. Proper thread making is done already in the first pass die, after less than two turns. In our offer we present you die fine threads made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is the steel used for the production of professional cutting tools used in industry. Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, the die offered by us are characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions, as well as the ability to thread at high speeds. The blades are resistant to all mechanical damage, including fractures, cracks, chipping and others. Die are suitable for machining materials classified in classes P1.2 - P1.3 (metals, metal alloys, non-alloy steels, plastics, non-ferrous metals).
