Die M125x2 for manual and machine threading
Die M125x2 HSS for threading, round NHDa, for manual and machine cutting of metric fine external threads of nominal diameter M125. Proper thread making takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two turns. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. In our store we offer you professional die fine threads in accordance with DIN 22 568. They are made of modern HSS high-speed steel of the Czech company Cztool Bucovice, valued for the production of tools with high cutting parameters and long service life. Offered die M125x2 from HSS steels can be used in very harsh conditions and high speeds. At the same time, they show the ability to maintain high hardness and wear resistance at temperatures up to 600 degrees C. Die are designed for machining hard unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, brass, bronze and hardened plastics.
