Die M43x1 for manual and machine threading
High-quality M43x1 HSS fine threading dies, type NHDa dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. It is suitable for cutting external metric, fine-coil threads of M43x1 diameter. Proper thread making takes place already in the first pass die, after less than two turns. The tolerance class of the made threads is 6g. We offer die fine threads manufactured in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSS high speed steel. Thanks to the high cutting properties of this steel die are characterized by good mechanical properties, even at elevated temperatures arising during high-speed threading. Die are extremely resistant to abrasion, as well as to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping). They are suitable for machining hard unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and others.
