M27x2 HSS annealer for threading, round, type NHDa. Designed for professional cutting of threads M27x2, fine threads in hard materials of class P1.2 - P1.c. This type of dies are suitable for machining of unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, hardened plastics. They have been produced according to the recommendations of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. For the production of the irons, the professional high-speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel has been used. This is a specialized tool steel characterized by increased cutting parameters. First and foremost, the tooling dies we offer combine resistance to harsh cutting conditions, the ability to increase machining productivity, as well as increased resistance to mechanical damage. High-speed steel is resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C), which allows cutting at high speeds. The dies are suitable for hand and machine threading.
