Die M27x1 for manual and machine threading
High-quality M27x1 HSS threading dies for threading, metric fine-coil with a nominal diameter of M27x1 thread. Manufactured in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. Die of this type are dedicated both for amateur use and professional machining in large production plants. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the complete threading is done already in the first working pass, after less than two coils - 1.75P nut. Die are designed for use in machine tools and for hand threading. They are designed for increased resistance to high temperatures. The blades are very hard and resistant to abrasion even at temperatures up to 600 degrees. Their advantage is also increased resistance to other mechanical damage (breaking, chipping, blunting, cracking). These features have the effect of significantly extending the service life of the dies and thus significantly reducing overall machining costs.
