Die M30x3 for manual and machine threading
High-quality M30x3 HSS threading dies, type NHDa, designed for fine-coil metric external threads of nominal diameter M30x3. It is suitable for manual and machine threading, and the proper execution of the thread is carried out already in the first working pass - 1,75P nut. The tolerance class of the made threads is 6g. In our store we have high-quality tools made of special HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a unique tool steel characterized by very high cutting properties. Die fine-coils made of this steel make it possible to realize high-performance machining - with increased speed. Even in such harsh conditions, die are resistant to high temperatures - up to 600 degrees C. In addition, the advantage of the dies is their high resistance to any mechanical damage (cracks, chipping, fractures), which significantly extends the life of the tools. They can be used for machining materials included in class P1. 2 - P1.3 (metals, carbon steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys).
