Professional machine tapping M16x1 blind / through hole straight fine thread. Type of cut C ( 2-3 P), angle 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. It was produced according to the latest standards in accordance with DIN 374 from special HSSE high-speed steel, of which cobalt (about 5%) is an important component. This type of steel guarantees high cutting effects. The M16x1 machine threaders for stainless steel offered by na are very resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures (up to 670 degrees C) created during high-speed cutting. This makes it possible to reduce working time and make better use of the machining stations you have. In addition, taps are more resistant to any mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping), so they can be used for a very long time without the need for replacement with new ones. They are suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes in workpieces made of alloy steel, cast steel, cast iron, stainless steel and heat-resistant steel.
