Professional M28x1,5 HSS threading dies, round, NHDa type. Designed for cutting external metric fine threads, left-hand LH. The tolerance field of the threads made is 6g, and the proper thread cutting is carried out after less than two coils - 1.75P nut. Offered by us die M28x1.5 LH fine threads are produced in accordance with DIN 22 568 from modern HSS - High Speed Steel. Die made of this steel are characterized by increased strength for heavy cutting conditions. They are manufactured to have increased resistance to the high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. They are also characterized by resistance to potential mechanical damage: fracture, chipping, breakage, chipping, cracking. These features ensure the long life of the dies when threading at high speeds.
