Offered by us die M30x2 LH are produced by the Polish company FANAR, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. They are entirely made of modern high-speed steel HSS 800. This unique type of steel allows the machining of hard materials with toughness up to 800 MPa. The properties of the steel allow high-performance, high-speed machining. Even in such harsh conditions (at high temperatures), the blades of the tooling maintain high efficiency, resistance to abrasion, as well as resistance to any mechanical damage (fractures, chipping, splitting, cracking). The advantage of the offered tools is also the possibility of very precise threading. Our die fine threads are suitable for manual and machine threading. They are designed for machining hard unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys, plastics.
