High-quality M30x1.5 through machine tapping threader of general purpose for cutting fine threads metric right torsion RH, type M30x1.5 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The threader is suitable for threading holes mainly through. The tolerance of the thread made according to ISO2 - 6H. The tapping tool is manufactured from special high speed steel HSSE (High Speed Steel). It is a modern high-grade tool steel, valued mainly for its resistance to severe cutting conditions, including high temperature (up to 600 degrees C). This special feature allows high-speed machining, as the thread cutter blade is not subject to damage such as blade breakage, fracture, cracking, dulling or chipping. In addition, thanks to the properties of high-speed steel, it is possible to achieve high precision threading and also increased productivity. It is possible to significantly reduce working time, and thus reduce labor costs. The tapping machine is designed for machining workpieces made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3.
