Professional M30x1,5 HSS threading dies for threading, round, NHDa type. It is designed for cutting M30x1.5 LH fine threads. Proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass after less than two turns, 1,75P nut. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Die offered to you in our store were produced in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special high-speed steel HSS 800. This is a modern tool steel characterized by significantly increased cutting properties. First of all, it allows machining of materials with ductility Rm up to 800 MPa. Die of this steel have been produced to increase productivity, increase resistance to heavy cutting conditions and also increase resistance to any mechanical damage caused during high-speed machining. Die allow machining of P1.2 class materials - P1.3. These are hard unalloyed steels, structural steels, metals, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze and others.
