Die M30x2,5 left HSS fine threaded diameter for threading M39, designed for manual and machine threading of external threads on parts made of materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. Type die NHDa, the tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the complete thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass. Offered die M30x2.5 left are made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSS steel.
They show high durability, hardness and resistance to abrasion at temperatures up to 600 degrees C. The die fine-coil tools in question are characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and their blades are resistant to breaking, chipping, cracking, chipping and even dulling. Tools of this type are suitable for machining very hard unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys (brass, bronze), non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), and hardened plastics.
