High quality M27x2 HSS threading dies for threading, round, NHDA type. Designed for cutting external threads M27x2 LH, fine threads. This is a left-cutting LH thread cutter. The tolerance class of the made threads is 6g, and the proper thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass after less than two coils - the nut of 1,75. The proposed die fine threads are dedicated to both small locksmith workshops and large production plants. They are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special HSS 800 high-speed steel. The manufacturer of the dies is the Polish company FANAR, counted among the leading manufacturers of threading tools. The offered die are suitable for machining materials with ductility Rm up to 800 MPa. They can also be used to thread parts made of hard unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. Die they are very resistant to harsh cutting conditions and also resistant to any mechanical damage to the blades incurred during the machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials.
