Die M32x1,5 HSS for threading, round NHDa, designed for cutting external threads of fine threads, left LH. The nominal diameter of the cut threads is M32x1.5 and their tolerance class is 6g. Die they are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special high speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel with enhanced cutting properties, designed for the production of professional tools used in large manufacturing plants. Offered die are designed for manual and machine threading. They exhibit good mechanical properties and resistance to high temperatures created during high-speed threading. The blades of the dies maintain high resistance to potential mechanical damage (cracks, chipping, chipping, breaking). This results in prolonging their service life and thus reducing overall machining costs.
