The tolerance field of the threads made is 6g, and the proper execution of the thread m takes place already in the first working pass. In our store we offer you modern die fine threads made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special high-grade HSS 800, the properties of which increase the cutting parameters. They are suitable for machining materials with toughness up to 800 MPa. Even under heavy cutting conditions, die allow high-performance and very precise threading. The blades of the threading dies are resistant to any mechanical damage and maintain high efficiency even under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. They are suitable for threading parts made of P1 grade materials. 2- P1.3.
