High-quality M22x1,5 HSS threading dies, round NHD, designed for cutting external metric fine left-handed LH threads. Threading is done manually or by machine, and a complete thread is formed after the first working pass - 1,75P nut. The tolerance field of the threads made is 6g. Offered by us die M22x1,5 LH are produced from special HSS 800 high speed steel, a material characterized by increased cutting parameters. Die fine coils made of this steel are suitable for machining materials with increased ductility - up to 800 MPa. They are characterized by increased strength for very heavy cutting conditions. They retain their properties even at elevated temperatures resulting from high rotations. The blades of the dies are resistant to fractures, cracks, chipping and other mechanical damage, which significantly increases the life of the tools.
