Die M18x2 for manual and machine threading
Die M18x2 WS for threading. Designed for manual and machine cutting of external metric fine threads. Made in accordance with DIN 22 568, the complete thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two coils - 1,75P nut. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. A special WS tool steel was used for the production of M18x2 threading dies. This is a steel designed for the production of professional cutting tools. Thanks to its properties, the fine threads we offer die can work in harsh conditions, at high speeds. WS steel increases the resistance of tools to any mechanical damage (fractures, chipping, chipping, breaking) and thus affects the extension of the service life of the tooling. The tools are designed for machining P1.2 class materials - 1.3.
