Description
M22x2 fine thread hand tapping HSS. High-quality No. 2 (finishing) threader with a 2P cutter for performing the second stage of threading. It is suitable for cutting metric fine-coil threads type M, 22x2 with 60-degree cross section, ISO DIN-13, in through-holes and blind holes. This type of thread cutter is made according to the standard marked ISO-2 from modern HSS (High Speed Steel) tool steel. This is a material that allows for greater productivity, greater precision in thread cutting and also allows for greater resistance to blade damage during operation. The thread cutter can be used for machining workpieces made of materials falling into the category marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These include carbon steel (unalloyed), metals, non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper), metal alloys (bronze, brass), as well as thermoplastics. The quality of the taps is very high, so they can serve not only individual customers, but also factories carrying out small batch or unit processing.
