M70x2 fine thread hand taps
M70x2 fine-coil HSS hand taps are designed for cutting metric fine-coil threads with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13, complying with DIN 2182 .The tolerance field is ISO2-6H .The high quality of workmanship influences the possibility of using them for small batch unit machining in large locksmith shops. The M70x2 hand taps in question are suitable for through-holes and blind holes in P1 grade materials. 2- P1.3. These are carbon steels, metals, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals, thermoplastics. The set includes two tapping dies: a peeler with an 8P cut and a finisher with a 2P cut. The offered fine thread cutter is made of modern high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel)/ The high properties of the steel affect the possibility of obtaining much higher machining efficiency while maintaining high accuracy of the cut threads. The advantage of taps is increased resistance to harsh working conditions and also increased resistance to any mechanical damage to blades.
