High-quality M70x1,5 HSS threading dies,NHDa, round for cutting left-hand (LH) fine external threads. The type die M70x1,5 complies with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. This is a domestically produced thread cutter, made in accordance with the latest technologies, according to the highest standards. The tolerance field of the cut threads is 6g, and the proper execution of the thread is done already after the first pass die, after less than two coils, 1.75P. Die in our offer are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel distinguished by increased strength to withstand harsh cutting conditions, which allows for better machining parameters. Our die can be used for cutting at increased speeds, even at the resulting high temperature of up to 600 degrees. They are also resistant to any mechanical damage to the blade, which extends tool life and reduces overall labor costs.
