Die M14x1,5 for manual and machine threading
Die M14x1,5 WS for threading, round NHDa, with a nominal diameter of M14x1,5. Made of WS tool steel according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Complete threading is carried out already in the first working pass, after less than two coils - 1,75P nut. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Die found in our store are made with the highest accuracy. They are characterized by increased strength to heavy cutting conditions, resistance to wear and to high temperatures formed during high speed machining. Die fine threads of this type are used for manual and machine threading and are suitable for both amateur and professional machining. They are designed for threading workpieces made of unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and hardened plastics (P1.2 - P1.3). The blades of the thread cutters, even under heavy cutting conditions, are resistant to any mechanical damage, which significantly extends their service life.
