Professional M14x1 HSS threading dies for threading, metric fine-coil for external, left-hand threads of M14x1 diameter. Complete thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass, after less than two coils - 1.75P nut. We offer high quality die fine threads made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special HSS 800 high speed steel. It is a steel with enhanced cutting properties, with Rm up to 800 MPa. It is suitable for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoplastics. Die they are highly resistant to harsh cutting conditions and can withstand high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. In addition, the offered tools allow to increase cutting efficiency and improve its precision. Designed for professional use.
