Complete execution of the thread takes place in the first working pass. The dies offered to you are made of special WS tool steel, in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. The dies are characterized by increased resistance to abrasive wear, as well as increased tool life in frictional conditions at elevated temperatures resulting from high-speed cutting. Fine-coil dies of this type can work in harsh conditions. This is due to their ability to maintain hardness and wear resistance even at temperatures up to 600 degrees C. They are suitable for manual and machine processing. They can be used for cutting threads in parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, hardened plastics.
