It has a nut angle of 60 degrees, the tolerance class of the made threads is ISO2-6H. M8x1 machine long fine threads in the offer of our store are distinguished by their high resistance to very heavy working conditions. This is due to the use in their production of special HSSE high-speed steel, the essential component of which is cobalt (about 5%). The properties of cobalt high-speed steel make it possible to thread parts made of very hard and hard-to-machine materials. These include alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel, cast steel, gray and ductile iron. Even when machining such hard materials, tapping blades maintain high cutting efficiency and allow very high accuracy. They are also not subject to breakage, chipping, cracking and other mechanical damage.
