Hand Tap M8x0.75 DIN 2181/2 6H HSS is designed for precision cutting of fine-coil metric threads in structural steels, tool steels and non-ferrous metals. The two-member design makes it possible to obtain a smooth outline, uniform coil shape and maintain a 6H fit class in unit and workshop work.
Performance parameters: nominal diameter eight millimeters; pitch 0.75 mm; outline sixty degrees according to ISO 68-1; bore tolerance 6H according to ISO 965; right-hand direction. Straight chip grooves facilitate chip evacuation and maintain alignment, and HSS high-speed steel after grinding guarantees resistance to micro-cracks and wear. The arrangement according to DIN 2181/2 - the inserting (I) and finishing (II) parts - balances the torsional torque.
