Die M11x1 HSS for threading, round fine thread, type NHDa, for making external metric fine threads of nominal diameter M11x1, left LH. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the complete thread cutting takes place already in the first working pass, after less than two turns - 1,75P. Offered die fine threads are produced from special high-speed steel HSS 800. Its properties allow professional processing of materials with toughness Rm up to 800 MPa. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. Die were produced by the Polish company FANAR, which is counted among the top manufacturers of cutting tools. Their special advantage is their high resistance to difficult working conditions and resistance to mechanical damage. Die they allow high-performance and very accurate machining. They can be used to cut threads on parts made of P1.2 class materials - P1.3.
