Modern die M10x1,25 HSS for threading, round type NHDa, for cutting external metric fine threads - left-hand LH. The nominal diameter of the threads to be cut is M10x1.25. The complete thread cutting takes place already in the first pass, after less than two turns - 1.75 P. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Die are produced in accordance with DIN 22 568, by the Polish company FANAR. For the production of tools a special HSS 800 high-speed steel was used, the properties of which allow machining ductile steels - up to 800 MPa, unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics. Offered die fine-coils are very hard and durable. Their important advantage is high resistance to heavy cutting conditions and resistance to potential mechanical damage - fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping. This extends the service life and at the same time reduces overall machining costs
