Die M10x1,25 for manual and machine threading
Professional thread cutter M10x1,25 HSS for threading, circular, type NHDa, for cutting external, metric fine threads with a nominal diameter of thread M10x1,25. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. This type of die are made according to the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568, using a special cobalt high speed steel HSSE. It is a steel with improved cutting properties, improving the quality of machining even very hard and hard-to-machine materials. Die of this type are dedicated to individual customers and large locksmith workshops for multi-batch machining. They are characterized by high resistance to heavy cutting conditions, which makes them more resistant to abrasion even at very high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). The blades of the dies are rarely subject to mechanical damage (cracking, blunting, chipping, breaking). This makes die usable for a longer period of time. They are suitable for processing materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
