Die M11x0,5 WS for threading. Designed for manual and machine threading. Complete thread cutting is carried out in just one working pass, after less than two coils - 1,75 P. The offered die M11x0,5 fine threads are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special WS steel. Thanks to its properties die are characterized by significantly higher cutting parameters than analogous tools made of conventional tool steel. First of all, they are more resistant to harsh cutting conditions, which makes it possible to machine hard unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
