High quality long M45x2 NGMf machine thread cutter for nuts. Designed for professional cutting of metric fine threads type M dimension 45x2. Made entirely of modern HSS high-speed steel. The blades of the threaders have a 60-degree nut, the tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The fine-coil machine threaders we offer are resistant to harsh machining conditions, as well as resistant to mechanical damage caused during the machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials. Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, the threaders are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and hardened plastics. The blades of the taps are resistant to mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping) and also resistant to strong impact and lateral forces. Threaders dedicated to all factories and workshops using machining with conventional and numerical computer-controlled machine tools - CNC.
