High quality 9.8 mm cobalt metal drill bit Inox twist drill with a smooth straight shank, 9.8 mm in diameter, for drilling holes in very hard materials such as alloy steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron, and nonferrous metals. These drills are manufactured to dimensional standard NWKa, DIN 338, from modern high-grade HSSE high-speed steel. This steel contains 5% cobalt, which significantly improves the drills' cutting performance. This steel enables the drills to withstand the high temperatures generated during high-speed drilling. As a result, machining time is reduced and available workstations are utilized more effectively. In addition, the drills resist all types of mechanical damage, allowing longer use. 9.8 mm cobalt drill bits for metal are suitable for modern CNC machine tools, as well as conventional drilling machines, lathes, and milling machines.
