Countersink countersink12,4 90 degrees with cylindrical shank. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes. Professional conical countersink, type NWSa, conforming to the dimensional standard DIN 335, made entirely of modern HSS (High Speed Steel). It is designed for countersinking and enlarging holes at an angle of 90 degrees. The maximum diameter of the holes is 12.4 mm. Tapered countersinks 12,4 90 degrees offered to you in our store are dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. They can be used for conventional drills and machine tools, as well as for CNC computer-controlled machine tools. Countersinks are characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions (including temperatures up to 600 degrees C) as well as increased resistance to any mechanical damage. Countersink blades are resistant to fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and breaking. HSS countersinks allow machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 - P1.3 class (metals, unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals, metal alloys).
