The drills we offer are suitable for machining hard carbon steels, metals, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum, and thermoplastics Cobalt drill bit for metal, 11.8 are manufactured from advanced HSSE high-speed steel, and the drill cutting edges additionally feature a wear-resistant titanium nitride coating – TiN. This drill construction ensures high drilling productivity and very high accuracy. The drills are highly resistant to severe operating conditions, particularly the very high temperatures generated during high-speed drilling. This enables high-productivity drilling and significantly reduces machining time. The drills are suitable for conventional drilling machines, milling machines, and lathes, as well as modern computer numerical control machine tools.
