12.2 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. Specialized Inox cobalt twist drill, NWKa type, with a straight shank and a nominal diameter of 12.2 mm, designed for drilling through holes and blind holes. This drill offers high technical performance and is manufactured to the DIN 338 dimensional standard from special high-grade high-speed steel with 5% cobalt added - HSSE, with approximately 5% cobalt added. The properties of this steel increase drilling productivity and improve hole accuracy. Another advantage is increased resistance to cutting edge damage during drilling at high spindle speeds. Available from us 12.2 cobalt drill bit for metal NWKa are suitable for machining alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel, and other hard materials. They feature two central cutting lips with ground edges that withstand heavy impacts and lateral forces, as well as special flutes for removing chips from the hole being drilled. They are suitable for conventional drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and modern CNC machine tools.
