6.1 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. High-quality NWKa, DIN 338 straight-shank twist drill with a diameter of 1.6 mm for machining very hard and difficult-to-machine materials in categories P1.2 – P1.5. These include alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel, and others. The ability to cut such hard materials results from the use of special HSSE cobalt high-speed steel in drill manufacture. The properties of this steel enable highly productive and accurate drilling, greater resistance to severe operating conditions, and exceptional resistance to mechanical damage: breakage, cracking, edge chipping, spalling, and even dulling. The drills enable high-speed drilling, which generates very high temperatures up to 670°C. 6.1 mm cobalt drill bit for metal designed for conventional drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and computer numerically controlled machine tools using CNC – computer numerical control.
